I’m hiking for Life Science Cares because…I believe we can do more to support our communities. There is an unfortunately real gap between the medicines that our biotech industry develops, and the patient communities who need access. I’m hopeful that the funds we raise by coming together for the Timmerman Traverse will help positively impact and support vulnerable communities across the country.

The photo above is one of me and my baby daughter on a hike together recently. Thought this was an appropriate photo since this same daughter (Iksha) was in utero and with me as I hiked the first-ever, inaugural Timmerman Traverse in the White Mountains in 2021! That was one of the most memorable trips I've ever done, in large part because of kind, supportive, and like-minded teammates.
